Description

Cash Peters is not an intrepid reporter. A transplanted Brit, he travels around the US visiting the most pointless and ridiculous tourist traps his producers can think up. He fights the urge to faint at the Rattlesnake Museum. He is careful not to actually do any research beforehand, nor to ask probing questions of tour guides, so as not to destroy the freshness of the reportage.

In Gullible's Travels, Peters shares the cultural highlights of America: The Museum of Sanitary Plumbing, the Barbed Wire Museum, the Museum of Feet ("Dr. Scholl was not gay."), Official Museum of Bad Art ("It's either a ski slope with a face, or possibly a dog in a veil."), but fails to gain entry to the Museum of Dirt. Along the way, he insults and puzzles Midwesterners and fantasizes about Judi Dench's portrayal of him in his inevitable cinematic autobiography.
