Tao Te Ching
A 2500 year old philosophy that offers us wisdom even in today's modern times. The book of the virtues of the Great Way is enlightening and offers explanation of why the world is the way it is. I plan to read it several more times.

enduring wisdom
The way of the mystic, of simplicity and stillness is here applied also to statesmanship. Most politicians are to crass to be mystics. Were it otherwise, the world would be a better place.
