Interesting look into our industrial past

I enjoyed reading this book. Sometimes, I thought, "I'm not taking crazy pills!" Ford's viewpoints are sometimes non-traditional, but the early history of his company show that his viewpoints are often effective. His innovative management style of innovative technology can be applied by many companies today to resolve many of the issues that many of us face in the workplace today. However, the task for the reader is now to learn how to adapt what Ford has purported, what was historically effective (i.e., in what things was Ford actually right?), and how to adapt it to high-technology firms.
