TRAGICALLY INSPIRING

While this was a tragic love story..it was a love story all the same. I loved this book. It was no more tragic than Romeo and Juliet...another alltime great! Heathcliff may not be a traditional hero...in fact he was more of an ingrate at times... but the depth of the love he had for Catherine is what made him be revered as a hero. He loved her to no end! I LOVE the ending. Hareton is, in my eyes, the major hero of this story...and little Catherine. They rise above adversity!! Just an amazing book all around. Tragic but amazing!
