An excellent aternate history tale

I actually purchased the paperback version of this a few years back and never got around to reading it. It got off to a slow start, but really picked up a quarter of the way in. At that point I started requesting more installments each night. Now I'm thinking I'll pick up the other books so I can leave them sitting on my self until they show up on DailyLit. :)
