Full title is "Claim of Privilege: A Mysterious Plane Crash, a Landmark Supreme Court Case, and the Rise of State Secrets". Supposedly all about how each time the govt invokes the "state secrets privilege", they do it to cover up incompetence or malfeasance.

Sounds interesting. The book was published this June, and we'll add it to our list of contemporary, copyrighted works that have been requested for the site.
