The Master of Go
The book is about a retirement match between an older master and a younger challenger. I'm not sure how the English version goes, but the original Japanese one was first published in serial form... which would make it perfect for DailyLit.

If you've never heard of Go, it's a 2 player strategy game. Easy to learn, difficult to master.
