Miscellaneous

Frank Baum

Does anyone know if there is a particular order to read all of Frank Baum's books? DailyLit has a lot to chose from and I'd like to read them in order (if there is one).

Thanks.

Sorry, I tried to post this question in the author forum but it wouldn't let me.

  • The Wonderful Wizard of Oz is the first (and the one the film was based upon). That is the only one I have read.

This page lists the rest of the books in the order they were published:

From what I could find out that is the order they should be read in but perhaps someone who has read them all can clarify.

  • Thanks for the info, @cresswga.

@white 5109: What do you mean when you say "it wouldn't let you" post a question in the Frank Baum forum? You can't create a new forum--you have to post it in the author's pre-created forum--so that might have been what happened, but please let us know so we can make sure there aren't any bugs. Thanks!

  • cresswga - thank you for your info. I don't know why I didn't think to go look that up elsewhere, lol.

Maggie - no problem. At the time I couldn't find/didn't see the actual forum for him. Ironically, since I posted this, I see another user has actually posted a somewhat similar question to mine is his forum. Thanks for following up!
