Receiving two copies of each installment?
I am receiving two copies of each installment I receive on books. I looked on FAQ, and I do not see anything addressing this issue. Has anyone else had this problem?

Our mail logs show just one copy of each installment being sent to your email address.
Are you forwarding your mail to that email address someplace else?Sep 3, 2009 8:00 pm
