I'm not getting installments anymore!

I was receiving Northanger Abbey and it is not being sent to me anymore. I can't even find it in my "trash" e-mails, but I think I was on installment 41 when it suddenly quit being e-mailed. I haven't suspended it and it doesn't show as suspended in my profile.

How do I get it going again? And get it going without going through all the installments again?

  • Did you check your spam folder? Sometimes our installments end up there.

    You can resend installments to yourself as described in our FAQs: http://www.dailylit.com/faq#resend. Let us know at support [at] dailylit [dot] com if you have more trouble.

  • Thank you, Maggie. I did check my spam folder and didn't find it there. I've since checked my reading list and found that Northanger Abbey is now marked "finished." I'm not sure how that happened.

    When I resend installments, do I have to ask for it to be sent each day until it's finished? I need to start on Installment 41 and go through to 90-something to finish it.

  • That is how the resend feature works--it's useful if you miss an installment here or there, but it doesn't sound like it will help in your case!

    I reset your book back to installment 41 so you should start receiving it again. If you don't then please let us know here or at support [at] dailylit [dot] com.

  • Thanks for your reply, Maggie. I don't know what's wrong but I'm not still not getting anything. I requested the latest John Gresham read recently but haven't gotten an installment of that onet, either. I don't know what to do!!

  • Very odd--both "Northanger Abbey" and John Grisham's "Fetching Raymond" show as active on your account. And you've tried resending installments to yourself and still nothing, right?

  • Yes, I've tried resending. I will check my spam folder and resend again but I am out of ideas!

  • I have found some of the installments in my spam folder but not all of them were there. I was further along on "Northanger Abbey" than I thought. I added the e-mail address to my contacts so maybe that will solve the problem.
