Manage finished subscriptions

Hi,

For some reason, my spam filter kills the last fragment of a series. In order to get it back (I completely delete automatically whatever my spam filter marks.. I get too much!), I have to resubscribe to the book and resend all the previous fragments. It would be nice to allow resending of the last fragment even when a book is 'finished'.
