I'd love to add a bookroll to my blog, but it is difficult since the script interferes with the way the blog's layout is set up. If we were able to have it set up more specifically - for instance to be able to designate where the links with the image to DailyLit and the link to our own blogroll appear, and how they are parsed, that would help immensely with the process of sharing my BookRoll.

Would be happy to help you make it work with your blog layout. On most layouts it looks pretty good by itself in a left hand or right hand column (as on the DailyLit blog). You can either post details of the integration problem you are having here or send an email to support.

The main problem resides in that the image for the link to DailyLit puts itself almost into a different "category" in my sidebar as the link to my profile. The rest seems to format just fine, but there's no way for me to alter the script at all to prevent this error from happening.

I think the problem is an interaction with the styles from the "widgetizer" that you are using. Is there a way you can turn that off for just the book roll? If not or if that does not solve the issue we can try to dig a bit deeper. I suggest we continue discussion via email. Please use support [at] dailylit [dot] com.

We have fixed the problem. Your Wordpress theme turns every link into a block. We added "inline" styles to all links and that solves the issue (hopefully without breaking the layout for others).
