DailyLit is like...
Water to the parched tongue
Music to the dried and stiff bones
Food to the hungry emaciated body
And love to the unloved.
It is what keeps us connected to the "Worldwide Read".

DailyLit is a good way for me to start reading again, like when I was a kid and always had a book in my hands.

DailyLit is an on-line site that provides me one of the many thing I look forward to - "Question of the Week!" Honestly... I really enjoy responding to these questions. Thank you.

my connection to my most beloved, and much abandoned, hobby: reading.
Thanks to this site, I have my "forced" daily reading that allows me to read the books I so long complained about not having time for. Thanks to everyone involved in this project.Aug 27, 2010 3:47 pm

DailyLit is my sanity during a work day. It's easy to relive the stress, or boredom, of my work day by reading a few paragraphs in my email inbox. I simply love it. And another plus is it's a nice way to systematically check off books from my reading list.

the open door to a free library. The classics I "should "have read long ago I can now peruse in just a few minutes a day. I recently finished "Origin of the Species" and I'm getting ready to begin the "Federalist Papers". The "Tea Party" claims this as their origin, but is it really?m I for one will soon know, how about you?
