Whom would you like to spend Valentine's Day with? Could be a real person (living now or in the past) or even a fictional character.

Jane Austen. I think it would be a quiet day, and probably St. Valentines Day wasn't even celebrated in the early 19th century, but a day with this wonderful writer would be an abiding pleasure.

Browning, Byron, Yeats, Rumi, Burns,Auden, Bowie, several Begali poets - I want poetry and passion and stormy endings and memories. The quiet love and support is 50 years dependable at home.

Constance Bonacieux - if she was good enough for D'Artagnan, she must have been something.

Frederick Wentworth from Persuasion, Col. Brandon from Sense & Sensibility, or Gabriel Gray from Heroes (before he became Sylar, 'cause I have a major thing for geeks!). Happy Valentine's Day!!! ^_^
