Awakening in the morning in a small hotel in Paris/Marais, having a typical french breakfast and then strolling along the Seine to Boul' Mich - that's my dream on a rainy day in Germany.

Rise to a warm day, have a coffee and work finishing some cabinetry for my house. Let my worker dismantle and treat the wood while I head to the harbour for cappuccino as I read a contemporary Canadian or English woman's masterpiece. Home to siesta. Coffee, successful computer graphic done. Off to the harbour for ouzo with meze then a good meal with my book. Then a couple beer in a well DJed bar all and home to bed.

Cool air, cloudless sky, no wind and soft sunshine-- a walk on the rocks at Rye where I spot the fox come down to the ocean's edge... a kind word or smile from a passing stranger, an old-fashioned, root beer popsicle... the sun taking a very long time to set and turning mellow-orange-yellow as she lingers... indigo twilight... a silent night without haunting dreams.

I't's a beautiful Indian Summer day, I'm dressed in my favorite sweater and jeans. No one is trying to process there stuff with me...it's just me and my meditations-- a.m. I go to work and all is well...no conflict/no green eyed aggression/no hate. I perform my job excellently and my students understand all the concepts and strategies presented. At my vocal coaching session I hit all the right notes..my breath control and range are increasing. I receive an invitation to sing at a creative event. When I return to my home, some lovely person (a lover yet to be met), has prepared a wonderful meal for me. We fall asleep in each others arms feeling safe and peaceful--p.m.

I arise with the crisp, clean morning sun. After a healing sleep, I'm physically and mentally ready to start my day. I head over to the training facility on my property. Several hours are spent in martial arts and weapons training. My beautiful black Friesian horses, named Honor and Justice, stand ready. After our gear is loaded into our plane, my husband, my horses, and I are heading to Nepal. We will be bringing life saving medicine into an area where vehicles cannot go. My horses speed and agility is needed. The Friesians are trained to handle the noise of guns and have a steady enough stride for us to shoot a bow while riding at high speeds. This is not the first adventure we've been on. We are superheroes. Our identity is secret. This is my perfect life.
