• My Thanksgiving dish would be a variation of "Stone Soup". I'd enjoy roasting the turkey and each dinner guest would add an ingredient to improve our meal.

• Ingredients: a comfy chair, warm soft blanket, fireplace, snow outside (alternate - a chair on the beach), a fun book, an inspirational book, a professional book, my iPad, tea, and homemade bread.

• Thanksgiving Thoughts
  Food,
  Family,
  Fellowship,
  Fun!
  
  There goes the turkey, see him run!
  What will we do, what will we eat?
  That bird just ran out on his own two feet!
  
  Look in the cupboard! Check out the cabinet!
  We’re not going to starve, at least not yet.
  We have canned beans, beets and some kind of meat.
  
  The Cranberry sauce is on the chill……..
  Oh yes, yes, I believe we will
  Eat something, even though not the traditional
  If nothing else it will be unusual!
  
  So enjoy the food whatever it may be.
  Talk and laugh about that ol' turkey.
  Fellowship is sweet; the fun has just begun
  Live and love for what counts is the family.
