I want to live in France!
Question of the Week - Question of the Week #59: Authors Speak
Having recently read a Penquin Bio of Charles Dickens, I would have to say he would be my first choice. He was a huge success on his speaking tours and people would cry, laugh faint and otherwise respond enthusiastically to his marvelous readings. He also often acted out the scenes from his novels(acting out scene where Bill kills Nancy from "Oliver Twist" early always wrung him out and left the audience gasping.) Yeah, Charles Dickens would be my choice!
Question of the Week - Question of the Week #58: What I Like About You
I have just recently started with DailyLit, but I really do adore it! I find that I am reading things like Proust & Tolstoy, books that I probably would never have picked up and lugged around with me while reading. I have also recommended DailyLit to all my bibliophilic friends. I have not really navigated around the site yet...I am too busy reading..so consequently, I haven't explored the "community" yet. But I Do think this concept is a GREAT idea and am happy to have discovered your site!
