Question of the Week - Question of the Week #46: Childhood Favorites
'The Three Investigators' series; The Adventurous Four (Enid Blyton series); there was also one about some children in boat who get sucked through a whirlpool into another world, that I would love to read again, but I can't remember the title or author!
Dracula - Classic Horror
The well-known story is similar to many film adaptations so the plot will come as no surprise to most readers.
It is still a tale of excitement and great imagination, with gallant men and a stalwart heroine who must fight to overcome the evil vampire.
On the downside, the speech and manners of the characters are very dated, which can be a little tedious and repetitive to read, even if accurate to the period.
