Utopia - Thumbs Down
Didn't buy into a word of it.
Anna Karenina - Ending makes up for the middle part.
For a while, I wasn't sure, but it finished well. Redemption sprung from the ashes.

Poe was my dad's favorite author, which is why I tried to read these. Didn't care for the gore and gloom.
