Help - FeedDemon update problem

Hi All

Using FeedDemon, when I click the "Add next instalment to Feed right now" link the feed doesn't actually update unless I log-in to NewGator and ping it from the settings section.

Anyone else have this problem or know a way to fix it?

I've looked in FeedDemon & NewsGator FAQs but couldn't find any help. It's not a big deal just a bit irritating.

Help - Switch from Email to RSS?

Is it possible to switch from receiving a book by email to RSS? I started off using email but now that I've tried FeedDemon I wouldn't mind switching.

(I assume there's no easy way for me to do this myself as I don't see it as an option in my settings.)
