Stepping into the kitchen pantry, I couldn’t remember which ingredient I needed next for the gumbo. Gazing over the shelves of the narrow but rather tall closet, a mist emerged from nowhere and suspended itself before my eyes. A peace settled upon me and I knew that angels did exist.
