Madame de Staël - Biography Lite
I'm going to reserve my thoughts until after I've read this book. But, Germain deStael has been my idol and mentor since I was a girl of 19 (many, many, years ago). I've read all the translations of her novels and biographies and even spoken to a descendent of hers at Coppet just a few years ago. It will be very interesting to see how this current book treats this very pivotal and powerful woman of the French Revolution.
