Etc. - 50 Word Challenge
Through the window, I see him. Tall on his shepherd’s hook perch, declaring, "I am Red Tail. I hunt.” Grab broom, head for yard. He holds his perch. Stares. Gripping broom, I advance . Suddenly, 6-foot wings spread. Swooping from perch, he’s gone. Small birds return. Normalcy. Till next time.
