Famous Modern Ghost Stories finished
Filled with Surprise Famous Modern Ghost Stories was filled with surprise endings that left me wondering how the characters felt. Each story opened up with excitement of, what will happen next? The characters all seemed to be waiting in fear and awe of the next moment to come, and how to deal with it. A great book to read on a stormy night. I posted this on 17 April 2011
"Do ya feel lucky, Punk? Well, do ya?" --A quote from "Dirty Hairy". Clint Eastwood will always be my favorite!!
The Good Lord for letting me see and be part of this big wide wonderful world. My family and cooking for them. My piles of books, and my computer. There are so many wonderful blessings to be thankful for each day.
Sleding down the hill with all the neighbor children, and building snowmen. Of course sleeping in too, and having hot chocolate.
If your dreams could come true which one would you want to come true the most?
If you could change anything about yourself, what would you change?
Who would be your favorite celebrity if he/she could visit with you for one day?
What movie would you jump into if you had a choice?
Tara, from "Gone With the Wind" Yes, Rhett darling, I do give a d---.
Sweet Black Walnut Ice Cream, my favorite on a hot July evening, or any time.
Ohh! What a bright light through yonder window breaks. Tis the east, ah here comes the sun.
Life is like a poem, and each stanza one more year to enjoy husband, children, grandchildren, and life more.
I want to wish everyone a joyful 2011, and I am trying to read every classic I can get my hands on.
Tennessee has some of the most beautiful mountain sceens, and Kentucky has beautiful farmland, nice walking trails, and plenty of caves for exploration. But from the air, the loop in Chicago is a great sight to see.

"Under The Dome" by Stephen King was a very good read. It left me thinking about what could happen. One of his best, I think. also "Wild Laws" by Jim Michael Hansen was one of my favorites too. His law book series are a must read, filled with action, and killers who will stop at nothing to get what they want, and detectives who will stop at nothing to get the killers.
I am thankful for my husband who has been with me for almost fourty-three years, my two children, my three grandchildren, and my family's health.
Eve waking up after creation, and looking around the beautiful garden. Then suddenly spotting Adam looking at her.
Let the DL light shine on you every day.
I think Atticus Finch from, "To Kill a Mockingbird", because people like him are so honest!
A conversation with Albert Einstine would have been great! I wish I had gotten to know him.
Slowly wondering down the long corridor, when suddenly the light I was holding went out, leaving me in pitch blackness. Heavy breathing filled the passageway . Heartbeats echoed. I stumbled along when something cold and clammy grabbed my arm, pulling me. Hot morally offensive breath tickled my neck. Death encircled me.
