The Wonderful Wizard of Oz - Has any read any of the other Oz books?
You should probably read Ozma of Oz next, just because Ozma will show up over and over again in the other books. (They seem to be missing "The Land of Oz," which is where she appears first.)
My earliest memories are of my dad reading the Oz books to me. He went start to finish, though at that point I was probably too young to distinguish between them with great certainty. Re-reading them along the way, my favorites were Tik Tok of Oz, Road to Oz, Lost Princess of Oz, and Magic of Oz. Didn't much care for Tin Woodman of Oz for some reason.
Favorite non-Baum Oz book was Xixi of Oz, by (I think) Ruth Plumbly Thompson.
