The Art of War - war
development -- great plan. look at how all those "developed" countries are faring -- most of western europe, the states, japan...nations in decline because we as "educated" people decided having two kids was more than enough - and then some of us lose them to accidents, disease, drugs, and war.
as bad as war is for us, it is eternally married to peace.
