Question of the Week - Sweet or Salty?
salt over sweet, but hot! over all
Question of the Week - DailyLit is...
the open door to a free library. The classics I "should "have read long ago I can now peruse in just a few minutes a day. I recently finished "Origin of the Species" and I'm getting ready to begin the "Federalist Papers". The "Tea Party" claims this as their origin, but is it really?m I for one will soon know, how about you?
Heroes For My Son - Great bedtime read to a small child
Interesting choices of Heros. Children will be improved by hearing these stories. That will make all of our lives better.
Question of the Week - Question of the Week #71: Reading Together, Reading Alone
A book is just a containerized idea, read alone it remains just an idea, read as part of a group it becomes a focus for discussion that may or may not have anything to do with the original idea. So much of modern life is isolating any personal interaction , I think, is to the good.

Question of the Week - To Trick, or To Treat: That Is the Question
One year I dressed in a "Rasta" wig, frock coat and was liberally wrapped in chains. My character? THE MARLEYS, Jacob and Bob
Question of the Week - Question of the Week #38: Books on Repeat
The Little Prince, because no matter how I feel it makes me feel better. Every reading is different in some fundamental way because i have changed from one time to the next.
Question of the Week - Question of the Week #20: Potent Quotables
"T.A.N.S.T.a.a.F.L." From Robert Heinlein "The Moon is a Harsh Mistress". There is cost to everything and you may not expect me to carry you. I may choose to but the choice is mine because I PAID for it. Stands for "There Ain't No Such Thing as a Free Lunch". Inscribed on the flag of the "Independent Moon". Read the book!
Adventure Books - Adventure Fans
Finishing the last 3 instals of "The Virginian" nice adventure/romance. I loved the "Further Adventures of Robinson Caruso" and never knew it even existed. I'm also a fan of Heinlin's "Stranger in a Strange Land". I've already read most of Dumas but "The Count" may be coming up on my list soon. Recently finished the "100 ideas for successful Business" or at least that is what it was about and that was pretty good. I used some quotes from that when I made a suggestion to CORPORATE. (No response to date). Great reading to all!
