Book Requests - Conan the Cimmerian stories
Yes! That would be great! :)
Book Requests - Works in Foreign Languages
There are a reasonable amount of French, Russian and German works currently provided on Daily Lit. But some languages are poorly catered for at this stage.
I would like to request more works in Spanish, Italian, and modern Greek. Thanks!
Book Requests - Pagan Philosophy
I know what Paganism is, and there r many books on the subject, covering Pagan beliefs, farming practices, religious and cultural rituals, and mythologies etc
But what is pagan philosophy? Is it meant as another title for pagan beliefs or worldviews, or the pagan attitude to nature, etc? In that case, I think 'Pagan Studies' would be a more appropriate term.
Or does justverity mean it to denote a way of doing philosophy, like Feminist Philosophy, Platonic Philosophy, Applied Philosopy etc? If that's the case, then I've never heard of it. Who's writing Pagan Philosophy? Who's producing philosophical tracts based on pagan philosophic principles? Who are the pagan philosophers?
But I agree the study of historical and contemporary paganism would be an interesting addition to Daily Lit. There's also some notable fiction: A 1973 horror film titled 'The Wicker Man' was subsequently published as a novel in 1978. The film was remade starring Nicolas Cage in 2006.
Book Requests - Hemingway Short Stories
Hemingway was a short story writer before he gained greater fame as a novellist. Some of his short stories would be perfect for Daily Lit.
