  A lovely read This was a quick and light-hearted read which concealed a deeper meaning. It's a little abstract and some people might see it as a Bible-esque story but give it a chance as it's more about spirituality than Christianity. I posted this on 14 February 2012

• The Island of Doctor Moreau finished

  A good read, but not really relevant I really did enjoy reading this novel, but I can't help but feel that it would have been more enjoyable and more shocking if I were a Victorian. As it is, I'm not and although this was a very good adventure I feel like I've missed out on things because I was born in the 20th Century I posted this on 14 February 2012
