Etc. - 50 Word Challenge
I came to you in the spring, when everything blossoms, when we blossomed like fat raindrops hitting a pool, fast and violent. I thought of how I fell into you, finally safe.
Sometimes now I'm blindingly aware how afraid I feel since you left me burning in that summer's heat.
