Having loved Poe since I first read any of his works over 65 years ago and having several books of his material including his complete works, I rate these three as among his best. I especially enjoy "The Raven". Perhaps the only Poe work I rate higher might be Anabel Lee.

Some great suggestions have been made. I believe I would offer them a copy of the Book of Mormon, which would build on their knowledge of the gospel from the Bible and help them more fully realize the great gift God has given all men and women.
