Help - Can I get DailyLit on my Nook (or Kindle)?
I recently bought a Nook from B&N and would love to get DailyLit going on it. I'm not very internet savvy, so this may be something simple to do. Can someone tell me how I can load my DailyLit books onto my Nook?
The Death of Olivier Becaille - The Death of Olivier Becaille
Great short story. In English, by the way. I'm a big, big, big fan of Emile Zola, so he can hardly do any wrong in my opinion -- but sometimes he really depresses me! Again this time! Still an excellent story, and as well written as anything he ever does. Notice, too, once again, the reference to a train engine somewhere in it. He's got a thing about trains! If you're a Zola fan, you'll love it. If you're not and you read this, you will becoe one!
Mansfield Park - Mansfield Park
What can I say, another Jane Austen classic. To me, the characters aren't as easy to personalize as characters in her other books, but for an Austen follower, a must-read.
Le Mystère de la Chambre Jaune - A really fun book - in French language
If you enjoy fun, convoluted mysteries, you should enjoy this book. It's a bit slow at times but a really fun read. You can skim parts of it and still get the gist if you wish. I enjoyed it a lot.
