Wikipedia Tour: Key Philosophers - What the name says
I am no expert on philosophy, so I assume that this did cover a wide range of philosophers. As the series is about philosphers, I suppose it was natural that each entry focuses more on the biography of each philosopher. I find it a shame that key ideas of each philosophers was not really covered. I would prefer a longer tour with installments that focus on the philosophies rather than just the people.
Wikipedia Tour: The Swinging 60s - US-central, but as expected
I am happy about the selection of the article. I am not an expert on the topic but the parts about Vietnam War refreshed my memory of highschool history and I now know new tidbits about the "counterculture". I was hoping to find out more about similar movements on other continents, but most of the time the article has more focus on the US, which I supposed is to be expected. Over all quite a fun tour to follow!
The Importance of Being Earnest - Witty
A light read. Loved the use of language. No real surprises in terms of plot, but many witty, sarcastic comments thrown in. I imagine it would be even funnier when acted out!
